Quality policy

The Company must be organized in order to identify any customer抯 need and satisfy any of its expectations.
With enthusiasm we must involve and sensibilise every colleague toward a research culture based on continuous improvement of quality: in the relationship with people, in the product, in the environment, in work technologies and in organization

The Company must know how to raise the efficiency of its organizational processes and to seek its effectiveness in order to guarantee the continuous research of innovation and reliability of the product.

 

 

Certifications ISO

MTA company strategy's primary aim: achieving a level of quality that guarantees complete Customer Satisfaction.
In this way, leadership in the market can be achieved and maintained with long-term prospects and in a fully competitive capacity both at home and overseas.
MTA regards its Quality, Safety and Environment Policy as an important feature of company policy and as a commitment involving all sectors and levels of its organization.

ISO 9001 Standard is the reference model adopted for defining and implementing the Quality System.
Quality Assurance offices are responsible for Quality System application and maintenance. 
 

 

MTA Quality System obtained certification in conformity with the ISO 9001 Standard since July 1996.

ISO 14001 Standard is the reference model adopted for defining and implementing Environment Management System.

Safety and Environment offices are responsible for Environment Management System application and maintenance.
